ChEGSA hosted a Thanksgiving potluck on November 18th, 2017 for graduate students which had a variety of dishes from different cultures.
Speaker Seminar​: Kaneka US Materials Research Center
The Dr.Miyauchi, Dr. Kyran and Dr. Lim from Kaneka Foundation spoke with graduate students about the ongoing research at Kaneka on November 6th, 2017.
Board Game Night
ChEGSA hosted Board game night for all graduate students on 5th October, 2017.
Tailgate
ChEGSA hosted Tailgate for the first time on November 11th, 2017. There was enthusiastic participation from graduate students and faculty from the department for this fun event.
Halloween Party
The Halloween event hosted on October, 31, 2017 had an enthusiastic participation from graduate students and included a baking competition.
